Regardless of the modeling type for your GPX™ simulation project (for example, compartmental PK or PBPK), a solid understanding of the core functionality in GPX™ is critical to you using the software efficiently and effectively in your own work.

These tutorials that are designed to teach you about the core functionality in GPX™. The information that is presented in these tutorials should provide the framework that is necessary for you to carry out the remaining tutorials efficiently and effectively, and ultimately, to use GPX™ in your own work.

To facilitate the comprehension of using GPX™, the tutorials in this guide are grouped by the modeling type: oral absorption modeling and PBPK modeling. While each tutorial provides unique options and different insight into the use of GPX™ for your drug discovery and development projects, the tutorials build upon each other to provide a full picture to you for interpreting your data and identifying not only the key areas of your projects that worked well but also the areas that need attention or improvement. Therefore, Simulations Plus strongly recommends that you carry out the tutorials in the order that are presented in this guide.
