Overview of R packages

Applications of GastroPlus can be controlled via the R package GastroPlusAPI.

• gastroPlusAPI
  Integration layer between GastroPlus engine and R statistical computing environment: This package offers functions that allow users to script the actions that can be performed via the graphical user interface for Gastroplus.

• gastroPlusModuLens
  Analysis layer that turns raw outputs from the gastroPlusAPI executions into tidy tibbles with consistent schemas (long format) and offers liberal, opinionated plotting functions (you get a good default out-of-the-box, with the freedom to customize).

Where do I find the packages?

• Both the packages can be found in the ProgramData folder: C:/ProgramData/Simulations Plus, Inc/GastroPlusOrchestrator/10.2/R
