The Additional Dosage Routes Module (ADRM) was first introduced in v7.0 of GastroPlus®. In GastroPlus® X.2, it currently includes two (2) dosage routes: intramuscular and subcutaneous drug delivery, for simulation of drug delivery in the muscle, and in the extracellular space of the subcutaneous dosing compartment, respectively.
