Physiology Schedules View

The Physiology Schedules view has a single panel. All the inputs and options on this panel are described below.

Input/Option

Description

Physiology Schedules Name

A drop-down. Selects the physiology schedule.

  • Add – Adds a physiology schedule to the list – activates the Enter Physiology Schedule name input box to enable the physiology schedule to be named.

  • Rename – Renames the currently selected physiology schedule.

  • Copy – Copies the currently selected physiology schedule - activates the Copy the Physiology Schedule [ ] to: input box to enable the new physiology schedule to be named.

  • Delete – Deletes the currently selected physiology schedule.

Input/Option

Description

Event Time

The time, in hours, at which the physiology listed in the Physiology column is used. When an Event Time is edited, the rows will automatically reorder into chronological order.

Note: if an Event Time is edited to have the same time as an existing row, it will be automatically removed.

Physiology

The name of the Physiology to be used at the given Event Time.

Add

A button to add a row to the table above. The additional row is added at the bottom of the table and the Event Time defaults to 1 hour later than the previous row.

Copy

A button to copy the highlighted row. Hold [CTRL]-key and click to highlight a row. The copied row is added at the bottom of the table and the Event Time defaults to 1 hour later than the previous row.

Delete

A button to delete the highlighted row. Hold [CTRL]-key and click to highlight a row.

Repetitions of Physiology Schedule

The number of times the entire Physiology Schedule will be repeated. The value can be edited.

Repeat Physiology Schedule Every

The interval between the repetition of the Physiology Schedule. The value and the unit (h, d) can be edited.

Note that when an Event Time is edited, the rows will automatically reorder into chronological order. Therefore, it may be easier to edit the rows from the bottom up, so the latest Event Time and associated Physiology are edited first.
